When arranging your appointments, our staff is instructed to accommodate your healthcare needs. When speaking with our staff, please explain your condition and level of pain so that our staff can appropriately schedule your exam.
Both of our offices are open:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We do our best to stay on schedule and keep our office running on time. We strive to see our patients promptly. To do so, we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your scheduled appointment has been reserved specifically for you, and by giving us ample notice, we are able to see another waiting patient. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.
While it is rare, we do sometimes have to ask patients to reschedule their appointments due to unforeseen surgical emergencies. We are sorry if this causes any problems for you. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
